The hardest thing was educating our plumber on how to install it. He was great and calculated how big the gas line needed to be and then we were off. After a week, decided to insulate all of the hot water pipes to insure that even the farthest sink would heat up without wasting a lot of water. That seemed to be the key! Things closest to the heater don't take any time at all for hot. Outdoor water-heater was the best for us because easy to vent!
